International Women’s Day #PassThePhone Activation

Celebrate the greatness of your team and the women in it by showing that #WomenKnowHow to get things done!

How do you do it?

Creating a video is simple — all you need to do is record yourself saying “I’m passing the phone to someone who,” and then fill in the rest of the sentence with a description that fits in with the #WomenKnowHow campaign theme. You can add  captions and text or your organization’s social media team can add those in the final edit!

Part of the fun is the next person on camera doesn’t hear what is being said about them. The person who gets called out then continues the trend by passing it to someone else with a different quality.

The social media team will facilitate editing of the final video. The end video is assembled and shared to your TikTok and/or Instagram Reels as a collaborative post with CARE. Be sure to add @careorg as a collaborator on Instagram or tag @careusa on TikTok. Make sure to share the finished video internally and externally to maximize engagement and visibility!
