Jorge Bagaipo serves as the Program Officer for CARE’s Learning Tours team, supporting on trip logistics and execution, managing alumni engagement for over 250 alumni and monitoring and evaluation.
Prior to CARE, Jorge was an Assistant Program Officer for the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) at Cultural Vistas where he facilitated program logistics and coordinated alumni and social media engagements. In addition, he previously interned for the Peace Corps’ Office of Civil Rights and Diversity and Aid to Artisans.
Jorge holds a BA in International Studies from American University where he spent a semester abroad in Costa Rica. He is fluent in Tagalog and proficient in Spanish. He spends his spare time traveling, hiking, cycling and exploring the best food places in DC.
