The Farmer Field and Business School Toolkit was originally developed in 2014 under CARE’s Pathways to Empowerment program, funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. In 2023, the toolkit was revised under CARE’s Scaling Up Farmer Field and Business School program, which is funded by the Sall Family Foundation. Under this revision, the FFBS standard toolkit was updated as well as the creation of the FFBS Toolkit with a Livestock focus.
