CARE Burundi is part of the Great Lakes Advocacy Initiative, which seeks to address gender-based violence in Burundi, Rwanda, and Uganda through different advocacy activities. This guide was developed as a resource for community-based activists who are working to eliminate gender-based violence in their communities.
