NPR: Putin Invites Trump to Help End Syrian War as Russia Bombs Civilian Targets

NPR quoted Wouter Schaap, CARE’s country director in Syria, in a story about the Syrian crisis. “Civilians are paying the price of another military offensive,” he said. “Cities and towns are bombed daily, people are being uprooted and lack basic human necessities, such as water and shelter.”
