The war in Syria has created the greatest humanitarian crisis since World War II. In an interview with CNN, Michelle Nunn, CARE’s president and CEO, says the latest jarring image of an injured Syrian boy, Omran, should move us to action. “I hope that it becomes a prompt, not just for today, but for ongoing advocacy and action, and the realization that we can and must do something,” she said.
