The ongoing pandemic has changed a lot of plans. For actress and philanthropist Priyanka Chopra Jonas, this year presented the opportunity for her to embrace her new role as Creative Advisor for BON V!V Spiked Seltzer. “Our worlds changed quickly, and we couldn’t go forward with our original plans to launch this campaign.” Chopra Jonas said of the evolving partnership. She and BON V!V were planning to reveal the brand’s new look, but instead shifted to something more meaningful during a challenging time.
That pivot happened in late March with the launch of the #TogetherWomenRise program, with the goal of recognizing women who are tackling challenges presented by the global health crisis head-on. “We decided to use those resources to bring people the help and the hope that they need at this time,” Chopra Jonas said during an announcement on Instagram. “I know we can’t solve this problem on our own, but even the smallest gestures make such a big difference. We’ll be donating $100,000 in total to women who are rising above everything thrown their way.”
