Michael is the Chairman of Snap Inc., Schrödinger, and Warner Music Group. He sits on the boards of Tate, Channel 4, The Smithsonian, and The Rand Corporation. Previously, Michael served as Chairman and CEO of Sony Entertainment, responsible for the TV, film, and music businesses. He has served as President of AOL TimeWarner International and CEO of AOL Europe, Chairman and CEO of Penguin Publishing Group, and President of Hollywood Pictures and Disney Publishing at The Walt Disney Company. He holds an MBA and a BA from Harvard.
