Cat Cora is owner of Cat Cora’s Kitchen and Gourmet Market in several airports across the country, as well as Ocean by Cat Cora in Singapore. Cat became the first female Iron Chef on Food Network’s “Iron Chef America 2005.”
Since then, she’s become a prominent figure in the culinary community and beyond as an accomplished author, restaurateur, contributing editor, television host, avid philanthropist, lifestyle entrepreneur and mother. Cat studied at the Culinary Institute of America, and completed apprenticeships with two of France’s renowned three-star Michelin chefs.
