New York, New York (October 2, 2024) – CARE – the leading humanitarian organization dedicated to saving lives, defeating poverty, and achieving social justice – announced today the honorees who will be recognized at the 7th annual CARE Impact Awards which will take place on Monday, October 21, 2024 at the Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York City.
The evening will celebrate the tenacious spirit of some of the most forward-thinking humanitarian leaders who are delivering innovative change globally, and will help raise awareness and funds for CARE’s work around the world.
Ali Velshi, award-winning journalist, host of “Velshi” and Chief Correspondent for MSNBC, will host the awards ceremony with a special performance from singer, songwriter, and actor Sara Bareilles. The honorees will be recognized for their philanthropy, activism, and groundbreaking work to further humanitarian action across the globe.
