Vox quoted Marc Nosbach. Cyclone Kenneth had winds above 125 mph and an expected 10 feet of water in a storm surge. Mozambique is already facing issues as Nosbach said, “rivers within this region of Mozambique may flood, especially as at least one of the dams is already close to full capacity, preventing floodwater from being retained.
