The New York Times quoted Saul Butters, CARE Mozambique’s assistant country director, in a story about the impact of cyclone Kenneth in storm-ravaged Mozambique. As of Friday morning, Butters reported no serious flooding in Cabo Delgado, but “there should be sustained intense rainfall for the next 48 hours, so I’m not sure we will avoid it,” he said.
