Helga Kissell remembers fondly when she was a refugee from WWII struggling to survive and then received her first CARE package of flour, powdered milk, chocolate, eggs and coffee. Seven decades later, CARE invited Kissell and a handful of other former World War II refugees to write letters of encouragement to today’s young refugees.
