Through the CARE Dignified Work initiative, Target and CARE are partnering to empower garment workers in Bangladesh, Indonesia and Vietnam. With Target’s support, CARE is drawing on its two-plus decades of experience in the garment industry to build confidence, trust, assertiveness and leadership skills for tens of thousands of female garment workers. Over the next two years, CARE will expand upon this work to build worker capacity to identify, articulate and advocate for themselves on issues that affect their well-being.
